We are currently brewing on our pilot system, which is a little over a barrel (40 gallons).

About 3 weeks ago, we received our vessels in: 5-60bbl fermenters, 1-60bbl brite tank, 1-60bbl cold liquor tank, and 1-90bbl hot liquor tank. We’ve spent the last couple of weeks getting the chiller hooked up and running and are anticipating the arrival of our 30bbl brewhouse the week of Christmas.

We’re hoping to have the brewhouse hooked up, run through some test batches, complete our first brew, and have filled 1 of the fermenters by New Years. This would put us on the market with that brew around February.
